AUTISM SWIM

Statistics show that more than 50% of individuals on the autism spectrum wander, often towards bodies of water, and the risk of drowning is 160 times higher compared to neurotypical individuals. Recognising the urgency of this issue, we partnered with Autism Swim to create an awareness campaign highlighting their incredible work in helping children on the spectrum learn water safety and swimming skills.

During our discovery call with the Autism Swim team, we identified that sharing a powerful, real-life story from a family transformed by the programme would be the most impactful way to connect with viewers—especially parents hesitant about signing up. The resulting film exceeded expectations, delivering a heartfelt narrative that intertwines water safety and family.

This campaign has since helped raise awareness of the challenges faced by individuals on the spectrum, increased funding for Autism Swim, and ultimately enabled the organisation to support even more families in need.
